Global warming, the tool of the West

For years, the Elites of the West have cranked up the myth of Man Made Global Warming as a means first and foremost to control the lives and behaviors of their populations. Knowing full well that their produce in China and sell in the West model and its consequent spiral downward in wages and thus standards of living, was unsustainable, the elites moved to use this new "science" to guilt trip and scare monger their populations into smaller and more conservatives forms of living. In other words, they coasted them into the poverty that the greed and treason of those said same elites was already creating in their native lands.

What better way to staunch protests at worsening economic and life conditions than to make it feel like an honourable job/duty of the people to save "Gia". At the same time, they used this "science" as new pagan religion to further push out the Christianity they hate and despise and most of all, fear? Gia worship, the earth "mother", has been pushed in popular culture oozing out of the West for a better part of the past 1.5 decades. This is a religion replete with an army of priests, called Government Grant Scientists.

Various groups have fought back. This is including Russian hackers, who published a huge database of UK government, scientific and university emails depicting the fixing of data to sell Global Warming, er Climate Change (as if it never changed on its own). And while taking hit after hit, the beast, like Al Qaida, will not die. As a matter of fact, the beast is on a steady come back, as it is quite useful during the down times recession. The US alone spends $7 billion each year on warming "studies", which is, in truth, nothing but a huge money laundering operation, as no real science is conducted and vapid alarmist reports the only product generated.

Amongst the newest claims of pending disasters, is a cry that icepacks are now melting at three times the rate of the 1990s, even though there has not been any significant warming in the past 20 years. Greenland's icepack melt off, has been linked to volcanic activity under the ice, heating it. Must be the magmamen and their SUVs. These facts, however, do not faze the Gia crowd and their Elite/Governmental backers. The fact that a super storm hit the NE US is also being played as evidence of GW. Thank God that before GW no such things ever happened. How are they to explain that Russia and Eastern Europe are projected to have the coldest winter in 20 years? Oh, but I doubt my Western readers are even aware of that.

Now, with their economies in a spiral of debt laden, non-manufacturing recession (if not out and out depression), the Elites, who sense they are loosing their grip or toe hold on key economic regions outside their home regions, are once again calling out their inquisitors of Global Warming and sending them towards the developing world.

The first salvo has been fired by a British Warming dandy named Lord Nicholas Stern of Brantford, who as an academic at Whitehall, has made a career and quite a bit of money off of this scam. Lord Stern, a former World Bank chief economist and author of the landmark Stern review of the economics of climate change, was a close associate of Gordon Brown and the Leftists, who with the Tory counterparts and in parallel to the American Democrats/Republicans set up the grand and self destructive economic schemes that have plunged their own nations and many many others into the abyss of poverty.

The good Lord Stern, in commentary on why countries such as Russia, China, India and Brazil, in other words, the BRICs, have to pony up cash and depress their own growth, made this statement for the Guardian paper: "It's a brutal arithmetic - the changing structure of the world's economy has been dramatic. That is something developing countries will have to face up to,"

His premise is that even if you take out the deindustrialized West, run away Global Warming will not stop due to the industrialized world. Its now all the fault of those raising themselves up for the destruction of the world, from the phantom joke of GW. Lord Stern tried to assure that the opening salvo was not a salvo, by stating: "I am not pointing the finger at the developing world, just looking at what is necessary. I am not accusing or proposing, just calculating what is needed [to meet scientific estimates of the emissions cuts needed to avoid dangerous levels of climate change]". More like a calculated accusation.  After all, this is not some light weight of the GIA cult, but the movement's chief economist who enjoyed the ear of the UK government: a perfect tool of the Western Elites.

Expect the cries to get louder and more shrill in the months to follow.

Regulatory madness: El Presidente decrees double gas mileage for cars by 2025

As reported by the Associated Press, “The average gas mileage of new cars and trucks will have to nearly double by 2025 under regulations that were finalized Tuesday by the Obama administration.  The new rules will require the fleet of new cars and trucks to average 54.5 miles per gallon in 13 years, up from 28.6 mpg at the end of last year.”
It’s rather cheeky for an Administration that couldn’t accurately predict the results of its own trillion-dollar “stimulus” plan to be mapping out the future of the automobile industry a decade or more after Obama leaves office, and it’s all being done in the name of the weird “global warming” religion, which still obsesses about “greenhouse gases” even after the theory of man-made global warming has been conclusively debunked.  These fuel standards will kill people – radical increases in fuel economy standards always do, because the cars become lighter and less able to protect passengers during collisions.  But no price in blood or treasure is too high to pay for the official State eco-religion!
Automobile dealers have long complained about the burden Obama’s madcap increases to fuel efficiency will place upon them, because they’ll jack up the price of new cars.  The Administration optimistically estimates the price increase will be offset by $8,000 in fuel savings over the lifetime of the vehicle.  That’s the kind of thing a politician wholly ignorant of economics would say.  Don’t worry about paying thousands of dollars extra up front, folks – you’ll slowly save $8,000 over the course of the ensuing decade, so it’ll all balance out!  Why, people will just be lining up around the block to buy the new 2025 deathtraps!
The assertion that fuel savings would offset the higher price of the new vehicles is dubious at best.  It’s difficult to predict exact costs when discussing technology that doesn’t exist yet, but for the existing generation of high-fuel-efficiency hybrid cars, it’s almost impossible to offset the higher initial cost of the vehicle with fuel savings.  That doesn’t really happen until gas costs north of $6.00 per gallon, unless drivers become willing to hang on to elderly automobiles far longer than they do today.
It’s possible that these new fuel standards will eventually reduce fossil fuel consumption… by making poor and middle-class people less able to afford cars.  The Detroit Free Press notes that “to achieve the new standards automakers will need to develop new technologies and manufacturing processes that will cost the industry billions.”  Do you suppose the automakers will donate those billions to the cause, out of the goodness of their hearts?  Or will they be passing those immense costs along to consumers?  And how is Government Motors, already tottering toward another bankruptcy, going to afford the massive re-engineering necessary to double fuel efficiency in 13 years?  That question doesn’t exactly soothe fears of another taxpayer bailout for the People’s Motor Car Company.
Or perhaps one of the hidden goals of these new fuel-efficiency standards is to put a little more government muscle behind disasters like the Chevy Volt.  The Associated Press notes that automakers can meet the requirements of these regulations by “using credits for selling natural gas and electric vehicles, changing air conditioning fluid to one that pollutes less, and even for placing louvers on car grilles to improve aerodynamics.”  There are various ways to game the system, most of which boil down to producing products that consumers don’t really want, just to earn “credits” with regulators.
Is that the future we’re preparing for – incredibly expensive gas “justifying” the price of cars no one can afford to buy?  Reminder: we get to vote against that future this November.
And how are we to square this initiative to double fuel efficiency standards with President Obama’s promise, just six months ago, that we would soon have algae-based fuel farms online?  It certainly doesn’t sound like the Administration seriously believes we’ll all be driving scum-mobiles by 2025.  You don’t suppose all that algae-based fuel stuff was just nonsense dished out by an inept politician terrified by public anger over rising gas prices, do you?

Busted! Leaked emails snag global-warming alarmists

'Skeptics will be all over us – the world is really cooling'

While NASA climate alarmist James Hansen insists record summer heat and drought are caused by man-made global warming, leaked internal emails from just three summers ago reveal that he and his colleagues expressed alarm that the planet was inexplicably … cooling.
Hansen, often called the “godfather of global warming,” announced earlier this month that blistering heat across the United States is so rare that it can’t be anything but the man-made global warming he has been warning about for decades.

“This is not some scientific theory,” he told the Associated Press. “We are now experiencing scientific fact.”
But in 2009, as the thermometer hit record lows in America, he and other climate scientists panicked in a flurry of emails: “Skeptics will be all over us – the world is really cooling, the models are no good.”
They lamented that Mother Nature was not cooperating with their predictions that global temperatures would smash heat records last decade. They blamed their miscalculation on sulfate emission trajectories and revised their forecast to show a cooling trend lasting until 2020.
Then, they predicted, global warming would return with a vengeance.
In an Oct. 12, 2009, email to Hansen of the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies in New York, fellow warming alarmist Kevin Trenberth of the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colo., asked, “Where the heck is global warming?”
“We have been asking that here in Boulder where we have broken records the past two days for the coldest days on record,” he added. “The Rockies baseball playoff game was canceled on saturday[sic] and then played last night in below freezing weather.”
Then Trenberth dropped a bombshell: “The fact is that we can’t account for the lack of warming at the moment, and it is a travesty that we can’t.”
He ended by admitting the global warming “data are surely wrong. Our observing system is inadequate.”
The leaked e-mails were obtained from the computer server at the Climate Research Unit at the University of East Anglia in Britain. Some of the scientists there were copied in the emails between Trenberth and Hansen.
Critics say the hacked messages show that climatologists in the U.S. and U.K. have engaged in a conspiracy to manufacture a case that global warming is occurring due to auto and factory and other emissions related to human activities.
Critics say Hansen, who has called for a worldwide tax on carbon emissions and advocated a ban on the construction of coal-fired power plants, is an activist with a political agenda.
Ignoring the record-breaking 2009 cooling period, Hansen recently argued that the evidence for human-made global warming is “overwhelming.”
“We can say with high confidence that such extreme anomalies would not have occurred in the absence of global warming,” he said.
Left unexplained, however, is the 2009 cooling anomaly.
Trenberth, for his part, later explained that while most of the planet experienced record cooling that year, “there were exceptional conditions in Southern Australia,” where temperatures rose.
He now says the record heat wave is proof of “global warming from the human influences on climate.”
“This is a view of the future,” Trenberth warned last month in a PBS interview. “So watch out.”
His analysis, however, ignores cool spots like the Pacific Northwest, where Washington and Alaska have experienced the coldest spring and summer on record.
