Ask The Questions That Liberals Fear!

“A sudden bold and unexpected question doth many times surprise a man and lay him open.” Francis Bacon

The Kennedy assassination has always fascinated me. I remember exactly where I stood when I got the word he had been shot. I was 15. I’ve read many books on the topic since that day in 1963. Personally, I think Oliver Stone’s film JFK was very accurate in his presentation of events and the people involved.

In the film, Kevin Costner played the role of Jim Garrison the District Attorney of Orleans Parrish in Louisiana. Garrison was investigating the JFK assassination. He led the prosecution of Clay Shaw, aka Clay Bertrand, the only person to be tried in the assassination of the President.

In an early scene in the film Garrison was pouring over the transcripts from the Warren Commission. He became agitated and began to complain out loud, “Ask the question. Ask the question!” Being a lawyer himself, he didn’t think the lawyers that conducted the Commission’s investigation asked the right questions. Something didn’t add up. Why didn’t they ask the right question?

This is a lesson we need to learn. We need to ask the right questions to the right people at the right time. The majority of the American people, for whatever reason, failed to do this in 2008. They are still not asking the right questions.

Why was it in 2008, that when Barrack Obama was running on a “Hope and Change” platform, few ever asked him what he meant by “hope and change” Well, it’s a little late, but we now know. The change has been drastic and devastating.

One man did ask some questions. Joe the Plumber became very visible, vocal, and got national attention by asking a couple of right questions. He asked candidate Obama about his taxing policies and how it would affect him and other men and women who owned a small business.

More people should have followed up Joe’s questions. They should have asked what Obama meant when he said he wanted to level the playing field and tax successful businesses so that he could supply funding or tax breaks to less successful businesses. I guess they are too small to fail. Isn’t this the opposite of what should happen in America? Shouldn’t those who can’t make it, get out of the way and do something else?

The last four years have produced a steady change away from capitalism and toward socialism. Right before Election Day in 2008, Obama said, “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming America”In Obama’s dictionary what does the word “transform” mean? Again, now we know.

Today, Obama’s slogan is “Forward.” Forward to where? The abyss? Bankruptcy? Maybe, a world government? He needs to answer the question. Someone needs to ask the question. Obama knows what he means, but do we know what he means? We didn’t know what he meant in 2008. We better know what he means in 2012.

Many years ago I had a meeting with Dr. D. James Kennedy, pastor of Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church, and popular national television pastor. On that visit I was looking over the library of books in his office. He had a copy of a volume titled, A Lexicon of Marxist-Leninist Semantics edited by Raymand S. Sleeper. I immediately ordered one.

A lot of the liberal lingo and code words are right from this book. Liberals speak one language, that sounds just like our conservative language, but it isn’t. They don’t mean the same things we do when we use the same words.

For example, in this lexicon you find the word “peace.” Now when Americans think about peace they think more in terms of leave us alone and we’ll leave you alone (détente), a relaxing of tensions. We heard the word détente a lot during the Cold War era.

Marxists have another definition of peace. They believe that peace can only be achieved when everything else that is opposed to communism is destroyed and only communism remains. Here is one short excerpt about peace from A Marxist-Leninist Lexicon,  “The working people of the Soviet Union are firmly aware of the fact that the final triumph of their peace aspirations is possible only when imperialism will be disarmed and defeated by the international proletariat (p. 203).”

I will submit for your consideration that the Democratic Party has been infiltrated and is currently dominated by Marxist ideology. This penetration of the party began to become evident as early as the 1980s.

Did you notice that the Communist Party USA isn’t running a Presidential candidate in this election? Why should they. They have Barrack Obama. In fact, they have endorsed Obama (http://www.wnd.com/2011/08/329449/) Does this make you nervous? I don’t recall reading this in the New York Times or seeing it on ABC News. What if the John Birch Society endorsed Romney, a front page story maybe?

We still have six weeks until we vote. Between now and then, please ask the questions. Liberals are afraid you will. Break the code and expose their agenda.

If you do your homework and decide that Obama is your man, then by all means vote for him. If you discover that he’s not, then vote for Romney. I implore you though, if you are a conservative, don’t be a purist and decide you can’t vote for either man. The fact is that if you do that, you might as well pull the lever for Obama. That will be the net effect. You may feel better for the moment, but your children won’t in years to come. They will suffer for it.

As I’ve said many times before no politician is going to save us. Some are much better than others. But, we only really have two choices in this election. We have to go for the best.

See you at the polls.

Those who read my articles know I love good quotations. Here are a few to ponder that help amplify my thoughts expressed here:

“Voters quickly forget what a man says.”  Richard M. Nixon

“Bad politicians are sent to Washington by good people who don’t vote.”  William E. Simon

“He who asks a question is a fool for five minutes; he who does not ask a question remains a fool forever.” Chinese Proverb

“A sudden bold and unexpected question doth many times surprise a man and lay him open.” Francis Bacon
