Below is an image of my front lawn, just mowed, to ensure the emptychair looks right.  The sign next to the chair says:

The huge cultural divide is reflected in the photo above contrasted with this NY Daily Newsarticle and photo about “Eastwooding” by New Yorkers who think the joke was on Eastwood:
